Christina Zuba

Christina Zuba is Managing Attorney, Education Advocacy, at CAASE. She focuses her work on providing educational advocacy for student survivors of sexual harm, which involves helping survivors to make reports to their schools, navigate the disciplinary process, request accommodations, and file complaints against their schools for mishandling their cases. She also consults on policy efforts to improve education-related laws for survivors and provides trainings for the community on these issues.

After completing a 40-hour domestic violence advocacy training during college, Christina knew she wanted to attend law school with the goal of representing survivors of various types of gender-based harm. During law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic and the International Human Rights Clinic and completed an internship at End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin. Christina joined CAASE in 2016 on a legal fellowship. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Harvard Law School.
